PokeTrade is a community platform that helps Pokémon GO players connect for trading purposes. We provide a directory for trainers to list Pokémon they have and want, and facilitate connections between traders.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile
• One account per person is allowed

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading trade listings
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to scam or defraud other traders
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Violate Niantic's Terms of Service for Pokémon GO
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service

5. Trading Disclaimer

PokeTrade facilitates connections between traders but is not responsible for the actual trades that occur in Pokémon GO. All trades are conducted at your own risk. We recommend verifying trade details before meeting in person.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant PokeTrade a license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community.

8. Disclaimer

PokeTrade is not affiliated with Niantic, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo. Pokémon and Pokémon GO are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
