Welcome to PokeTrade! Here's how to get set up.
Quick Start Guide
Create Your Account
Sign up using Google or Discord. Your trainer name and friend code will be linked to your account for easy trading.
Complete Your Profile
Add your friend code, select your team (Instinct, Mystic, or Valor), and set your country. This helps other trainers find you.
Browse Listings
Explore the Listings page to see what other trainers are offering. Use filters to find specific Pokémon or forms.
Start Trading
Found something you want? Send a message to the trader and coordinate your trade. It's that simple!
How do I link my Discord account?
Link Discord to use your avatar and unlock Discord sign-in:
- Go to Settings (profile menu → Settings)
- Find "Linked Accounts" section → Discord card
- Click "Link Discord" → authorize on Discord
- You'll bounce back with Discord connected!
Once linked, you can use your Discord avatar, refresh your info anytime, and sign in with Discord instead of Google.
How do I create my first listing?
Go to New Listing from the navigation or the + button. Choose what Pokémon you have to trade and what you're looking for, add details like shiny status, CP range, or special forms, and publish. Make sure to include accurate information so traders know exactly what you're offering!
How do I update my profile?
Go to Settings from the user menu in the top right corner. From there, you can update your avatar, trainer name, friend code, team, and country. Pro users get additional customization options like profile banners and themes.
